Who we are

LeadSpark CRM (“LeadSpark”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Node2Begin, based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information LeadSpark handles when you use our website and the LeadSpark dashboard, and the choices you have.

It applies to the marketing site and the LeadSpark application. If you have questions, contact us at support@node2begin.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Account details — your name, work email and the business you belong to, created when your account is set up.
  • Connection tokens — the encrypted access tokens you grant when you connect a Google Ads or Meta account.
  • Advertising data — performance figures and lead submissions pulled from the accounts you connect (detailed below).
  • Usage & device data — basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and working.

Advertising data we access

When you connect an advertising account, LeadSpark reads — and only reads — the following. It never creates, edits, pauses or deletes a campaign, ad, keyword or budget.

  • Google Ads — the accounts you manage and their daily performance figures: cost, impressions, clicks and conversions.
  • Meta — the Facebook Pages and ad accounts you manage, lead-form submissions from those Pages, and your ad-spend figures. LeadSpark never posts to your Page.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • show your spend, leads and cost per lead on a single dashboard;
  • sync new figures and lead submissions on a schedule;
  • keep your account secure and troubleshoot problems;
  • send service messages about your account.

We do not use your advertising data to build advertising profiles, and we do not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

How we store & protect it

Every connection is stored against your business only. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to production systems is limited to authorised staff who need it to operate the service.

No other LeadSpark customer can see your figures.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share your advertising data with anyone. We share information only:

  • with infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

Google API Limited Use

LeadSpark CRM’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the reporting features you see, and never transfer or sell it for advertising, credit assessment, or other unrelated purposes.

Your rights & choices

You are in control of your connections and your data:

  • Disconnect either Google or Meta at any time from your settings page — this revokes our access immediately.
  • Access or delete your account data by emailing us; we respond within a reasonable period.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a platform or close your account, the associated tokens and synced advertising data are deleted, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the dashboard.

Children’s privacy

LeadSpark is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
